Responsibilities:

  • Implement regular retail calling routes to provide daily visual merchandising directives to own retail/distributor store and formalize reports accordingly
  • Provide retail store visual merchandising guidance for key POS based on retail marketing collection
  • Provide visual merchandising training based on marketing retail guideline for all responsible distributors in a timely manner as defined by working calendar
  • Implement in store communications (retail marketing campaign) guidelines in responsible areas

    Position Profile

    1.Focus on new store development in assigned territory and handle the negotiation process with department store and landlord

    2.Gain understanding of current channels of footwear distribution in region by market visits to core and key cities

    3.Develop strong communication links with distributors sales teams in the region and gain sufficient understanding about their business to be able to effectively guide and support them.

    Requirements

    1. Ensures that all corporate tax and local taxes are reported and paid to relevant authorities within the timetables prescribed.

    Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
  • Practical exposures in dealing with tax bureaus
  • Strong communication skills and general management skills for a small team. Confidence and maturity to influence the direction of the team at operational level.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, together with a proactive, analytical approach.
  • Ability to manage workloads to strict reporting deadlines.
